Reaching an elevation of 838 meters, Mount Kaaikop ranks as the second highest in the Laurentian Mountains. The trail that crosses it offers an almost complete panoramic view of the surrounding area, spanning 360 degrees. From here, you can see Montagne Noire, Mont Tremblant, and, on a clear day, even Montreal. Following the Tour du Lac along Lake Legault offers several picturesque viewpoints of the lake. This trail winds through a dense forest of coniferous trees and also offers several explanatory panels on the surrounding nature.
